Healthcare Quality Introduction The Central Manchester Hospitals are the champions in the provision of tertiary and specialized medical services in Manchester City. The trust manages a group of subsidiary hospitals which have specialized in different medical fields. Being a leading referral and research centre in the city, the hospitals are home to hundreds of high class consultants. Service delivery, patients experience, technology, research and innovation are the basis for provision of quality healthcare by a medical institution. The groups of hospitals are managed by the Central Manchester University Hospitals Trust. The medical services are tailored to meet local residents’ medical conditions and complex referral conditions from other within and beyond. The institution has qualified medical practitioners like midwives, nurses, doctors, clinical and non clinical staff. Areas of specialization include gynaecology services, genomic medicine, babies’ intensive care unit, sexual assault referral hospital, maternity and obstetrics (Greer, NelsonPiercy, & Walters, 2007).  The sexual assault referral center promotes a unique interrelation between the Greater Manchester Police Department and the Central Manchester Healthcare Trust. The center caters for emergencies for both children and adults who have been sexually assaulted or even raped. The center also provides teaching for medical students (Greer, NelsonPiercy, & Walters, 2007).  The hospitals also have specialized ambulances for transportation of sick and premature babies from the North-west area. The ambulances were donated by well wishers namely the Red Sea Pedestrians who are also supporters of the maternity home. The ambulances are ultra modern coming handy with their range of services. They include specialized transport equipments, increased medical gases storage space, improved medical power to support the medical equipments, space for medical staff and family and also, vehicles for the transfer intensive care patients (Greatbritain, 2005).  Analysis The Manchester group of hospitals boosts of highly qualified medical staff who deliver high standard services. The University Dental Hospital of Manchester sometimes back were documented for a television series aired on ITV showing their advanced technologies in treating dental cases. The patients were filmed while undergoing high end dental and facial reconstructions. In Dentistry, they have excelled in craniofacial genetics, stem cell and science research. The Eye division has contributed a lot in the glaucoma research. The hospitals employ qualified and approved medical staffs who deliver effective medical attention to the patients. The hospitals are also champions in Research and Development making tremendous breakthroughs in the medical world plus receiving rewards in the medical field. Furthermore, the hospitals are strategically situated within the city for easy convenience.
