Organizations competing for products and services tend not to focus on safety practices; however, not known to many these costs greatly affect the overall performance (Maguire 46). In fact, safety as a nagging problem that keeps people from the main business. Many industries have safety programs, but few have working ones; therefore, is important to not only form a program but also ensure it works.
