This is a pizza made up in a conical shape as illustrated in this picture. The conical shape has become so common of late. In fact, it is now the trending one in the fast-food market. The pizza cone can be eaten with a fork, knife or with fingers after cutting it into slices (Helstosky 33). This makes it be a portion of very delicious and popular food. Recipe Ingredients Item Quantity Plain Flour 500gms Salt 4gms Water 300ml Dried Yeast 8gms Olive Oil 20ml Passata 100ml Clashed Clove Garlic 1 Method 1.

Making of the base: After putting the flow on a bowl, stir with salt and yeast before adding olive oil and warm water into it to prepare a soft dough. Give it time to rise. 2. Making the sauce: Make a mixture of crushed garlic, basil and passata then a low it to season. Then, allow it to settle at room temperature (Kliman 119). 3. Rolling the dough: After rising, split the dough into a ball, roll them into 25cm balls. 4. Topping and Baking: Allow the oven to heat up to a temperature of 240C/fan 220C /gas 8.

After finishing, scatter tomatoes, cheese, and olive oil then season then allow it to bake for 10 minutes. Serve.
