Over the weekends, the bakery turns into a restaurant where several customers purchase and eat the pizzas around the oven, while, in Indiana, one can purchase American flatbread in downtown, Columbus.

The mission statement indicates that the value of the business is customer satisfaction and employee safety.George Schenk owns the American flatbread company and values community service based on healthy food as well as environmentally friendly workplace. Besides, he values quality and integrity achieved by perfecting simple menus that appeal to families and other pizza lovers. Schenk has been able to bring his own vision concerning food through making a popular American flatbread sold both locally and to other states.

Making clean and healthy food has seen his efforts appreciated nationally. Also providing support to the community through hosting regular benefit bakes. I would start a restaurant that deals in organic food such as the McDonalds. I would dedicate myself to offering the best service to my customers through direct involvement in all the activities carried out in the restaurant.
