Green Home Remodeling is a company whose main aim is to improve the beauty of business premises and homes through methods that will preserve the environment. The mission statement of the company reads as thus; the organization commits itself to protect the environment by decorating homes with products that do not adversely affect the environment.

In decorating homes and business premises, the company aims at complying with all the regulations set forth by the government in terms of environmental conservation. The company aims at educating its customers on the importance of using decorative equipment that is environmentally friendly.

Goals of the Company:

Our company aims at improving the appearance of the business enterprises and houses of our customers. For instance, decoration of our customers’ homes through the use of flowers is an efficient manner of conserving the environment, as well as improving the appearance of the homes and business premises of our clients.

Our company aims at maximizing our profitability by reducing the costs of our products and serving our customers with affordable goods.

Finally, another goal of our organization is to provide reliable services to our customers, by ensuring they are served at the fastest time possible after placing an order with our organization.

Energy-saving bulbs have the effect of creating a beautiful atmosphere in homes, without reducing the efficiency depicted in traditional bulbs. By supplying solar panels to homes, and business enterprises, the organization targets the consumption of energy without polluting the environment. Solar panels can produce electric current, whose purposes are to light homes, and business premises. The company also supplies flowers that are used to decorate homes, providing a feeling of natural beauty (Tisdell, 21).

The company is unique in the market because it emphasizes the conservation of the environment as a key strategy in achieving customer satisfaction. On this basis, the company does not just view the current environment in which it operates; it also concerns itself with the future generations and the environment in which these generations will live.

The company appreciates the fact that honesty is a key in building the brand names of the organization, and is, therefore, seeks to practice honesty, and transparency in regard to associating with its customers (Tisdell, 41). This is also another unique quality of the organization because many businesses aim at maximizing profits by using any means possible, including dishonesty, just to persuade customers into buying in their organization. Our company competes with the likes of companies such as At Home America, Longaberger, Willowhouse, and Upper Case living. On this note, our company relies on the unique nature of our products to beat up the stiff competition.

The role of Lyndsey is to look for supplies and materials that our organization needs in carrying out its duties, while the role of Monica is to perform the decorations, as she is experienced in the art.
