Accuride Corporation Nature and Strength of Current Strategy: The biggest strength of Accuride Corporation is in the fact that the company is among the largest and most expanded manufacturers and suppliers of components of commercial vehicles in North America. Their products include all the necessary parts for commercial vehicles like commercial vehicle wheels, wheel-end components and assemblies, truck body and chassis parts and other parts as well. The vision and mission of the company is clearly set and the company also depends to a large extent on the values. These values are significant strengths for the company (About Accuride).

The threats for the company arise for the competitors and increasing level of competition in the industry that the company needs to keep a continuous focus on.

They intend to perform in ethical manners and possess tremendous respect for their people as well as for the customers. Also, the company believes in not being complex and hence follows simple and the right things for the benefits of the company and its customers. Steve Holt has been announced by the company as the Senior Vice President for Strategy, Growth and Technology with the company being focused on achieving increasing profits in the near future. They also plan for sourcing solutions that include designing, engineering, and sourcing of products and components from the company.
