Career Management Career Management Psychometric test summary My psychometric test results are ESFJ, it stands for “Extraverted Sensing Feeling Judging.” The result analysis shows that I am generous, liberal, and fond of enjoying joyful moments. I can judge the problem clearly and handle it easily; also, I possess capability to work with enthusiasm. ESGJs like to work as a senior in the department and they tend to provide the best of their services (Butt 2009). Additionally, emotions are strongly involved in their work and decisions, but they remain patient in order to achieve the goal effectively. Furthermore, they possess a great sense of right and wrong decisions and they have ability to take quick and correct decision at the hour of need. With my psychometric result, I have further explored that ESFJs also have the quality to take good care of things that are in their custody (Butt 2009). They are excellent protectors and can gain remarkable achievements in education and medical field. Functional analysis of ESFJs shows that they have extraverted feelings and they are talented enough to adapt to new environments quickly, most specifically they have command over e-world gadgets and systems (Cazenovia 2012). In addition, they can easily express a variety of feelings in front of others and mostly they are motivated or de-motivated with others response towards their thoughts and actions. Further, it has been noticed that ESFJ are usually career oriented people and they do have passion to do something remarkable in the aspect of academic or professional ground. Additionally, they seek interesting as well as satisfying careers and to do this they work with deep concentration and intend to attempt all processes in a thoughtful manner. Competitive partner or environment works as a catalyst for them because they always possess passion to defeat all their enemies and competitors and in order to achieve this purpose they can do anything, which is possible and accessible. Personal swot analysis Personal swot analysis illustrates my strengths, followed by my weaknesses, then opportunities, which will assist me during my journey towards goals and the threats that might be a barrier in the path towards my objective. Strength: My biggest strength is that I am a business management undergraduate student at PSB institute and I am only a few steps away from my completing my degree. I know it is my greatest strength and it will help me in the near future to take initiative in the business world (Psni 2012). I am very passionate about my career and I am confident that my talent, skills, and willingness to achieve my goals will help me succeed in my career in the future. Weaknesses: Weak points can adversely influence the future career of young individuals. I have a very short attention span; it is my major weakness. Sometimes this habit of mine frustrates me, but I cannot help it as it is my natural reaction towards something, which is not business related (Cleveland 2008). This is my biggest weakness and I am constantly making an effort to better myself, as life is a learning process. Opportunity I am aware of the fact that today many institutes offer coaching services to get command over leadership capabilities. Further, i have my classmates who can help me develop more business sense because most of them also have the same aim as mine (Cleveland 2008). Threats: Some of the most important threats include time and pressure of deadlines along with the competitive environment. Undoubtedly, competition in the business sector is the biggest threat (Cleveland 2008). Personal Branding: I am very compassionate about my future career and possess talent to handle challenging situations. I view this world as a place where every members of the society always intend to practice what they actually wanted to do in the life. It is because for my own career and professional life I believe that I will only perform those practices, which I love to do the most. Other wise I will never attempt to perform any such duty that goes against my preferences or personal choices. It is because I believe that a person should go for the aim or choice that he/she personally preferred. I never encouraged gaining targets for others like parents or teachers and I never intend to do this in life. I strongly believe that when a person has his own ambitions and goals in life he/she struggles hard to achieve it. I am very good in learning methods and techniques quickly that could further help me in practical implications of the designed strategies. I am not only passionate about my career, but I also possess talent to interlink my passion with others in order to accomplish given task successfully. It is the major purpose of my future career and this practice will help me make world identify my visions and perceptions. Being a student of business management I always seek to learn all concepts related to business running smoothly and I tend to learn leadership skills. I possess management qualities and I ensure that I can motivate people to work in a team in an effective manner. Simplicity is foremost to me and always given its importance, I understand the value of those things and practices that contribute to boost up my energy for my passion and career planning. I am aware of the fact that if I divide abstract projects into actions, it will become easier for me attain my targeted aim. Moreover, it is noteworthy that undoubtedly business environment has become quite competitive and I have already identified my competitors, but I do not give them importance I rather seek to make most of those who are close to me and those who could help in my struggle for goal achievement. I wanted to work as an executive level manager in a reputable organization and through this designation I wanted build up my personal brand and gain reputation in the market. I am very confident about my successful future career mainly because of my three top most brand attributes that include my good communication skills, my clear and constant vision and dreams and most importantly my ability to mingle with new people in effective and friendly manner that always brings out positive consequences for me. In addition, I have analyzed that communication in friendly and effective manner with other people is my core strength, which help me shape my thoughts into result oriented actions. This ability of mine helps me attract co-operative and supportive people. I have noticed from other peoples feedback that I am very down to earth person, who always stays involved in creative activities and I am self-aware. However, some other close friends of mine remarked that I have friendly magnetic personality as according to their feedback I attract people and I have a musical personality. Nonetheless, in my perception I always seek assistance of those who are passionate about their career in life and those supporters who can help me overcome my weakness as my biggest weak point is that my attention easily diverted towards other practices and talks going on around me and as a result my concentration towards my project work gets disturbed. This weak point of mine sometimes creates serious problems for me. In addition, I also like to make relationships with those people who can help me to further strengthen my visions and willingness to achieve targeted aim. I am a patient person; it is another vital strength of mine because without patience objectives cannot be achieved in an effective manner. I have another unique quality that differentiates me from others is my capability to dream about the goal that are realistic and achievable. Additionally, I can bring innovative ideas to increase productivity of the company along with the practical applications of those concepts efficiently. I believe that I will be the most deserving candidate when I will go for a job interview or appointment because I am confident that I would have completed all the prerequisite requirements for the management position in a good company. I take responsibilities seriously and I have a strong focus in life for professional and academic achievements. I am supportive and possess the ability to motivate others and I never consider work as a burden, but rather, I enjoy dealing with tough challenges. Currently I am an undergraduate and taking degree in business management. I know I am bit away from my goal as it is a four years program and I have struggle a lot to reach my goal. Based on my visions, talents, skills, passion and degree I aim to become a manager in a reputable organization. In order to attain the aim I will struggle to gain degree with good score, them I will look for suitable job opportunity I will search online for employers` demands and prerequisites of the targeted designation.
