Francoise Krill is a lawyer and has been an active member of the operational stages of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Her work, “‘The ICRC’s policy on refugees and internally displaced civilians’ International Committee of the Red Cross”, talks about the humanitarian issues majorly related to refugees. Here she promotes the importance of the development of a legal structure containing International Humanitarian Laws. Cahit Bagci is a well-qualified sociologist with contributions to many journals and articles written on the social implications of certain issues.

William Korey has written for the New York Times and other widely famous journals and is a renowned and prolific writer. He is an adamant advocate of human rights and has worked with the International Technical Cooperation, to name a few. His work, “Historical evolution of NGO’s: NGO proliferation in the post-cold war era”, speaks about how the scope of NGO’s in terms of their reach and influence has increased tenfold since the cold war period. a renowned and prolific writer. His work defines the modern era as a turning point for the role of NGOs changing into a lot more active and important.

In his book, ”NGOs and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: a curious grapevine“, the writer signifies the importance of non-governmental organizations towards the efforts put in by the United Nations in the field of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Both Paul Nelson as well as Ellen Dorsey are famous writers who have published many works, amongst which is “New Rights Advocacy: Changing Strategies of Development and Human Rights NGOs”, where they speak about ‘New Rights Advocacy’ and identify the changes this concept brings about within NGO’s by observing case studies of famous international NGOs such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, etc.
