Targeted communication is done about a particular task whereas three-sixty degree communication refers to communicating everything with the employees. Three sixty communication is considered most effective these days because history tells us that there are many other variables which leads to employee’s satisfaction. It does not just work environment or the kind of job that affects the employee’s performance in an organization, but there are other external factors as well and three-sixty degrees communication tries to figure out the real cause of employee dissatisfaction.
