Outcomes Outcome Based On NAEYC Key Experiences NAEYC The NAEYC of ethical conduct puts forward guidelines responsible for behavior and brings forth a common basis of solving the principal ethical dilemmas encountered in early childhood care and education. The NAEYC identifies that people working with young children face daily decisions that have moral and ethical implications. The code focuses on the daily practice of the children and their families in programs for children from birth all the way through 8 years of age.

The consequentialism suggests that an action depends on the non moral consequences that an action brings out. Ethical realism suggests that when norms come into conflict one must decide which to follow.
