Number of meals per labor hour productivity = the number of meals produced divided by labor hours.

This calculation will provide the operations management department with the exact requirement that can be implemented in the café to increase productivity with efficiency.

Number of customers per labor hour productivity = a number of customers served in a day divided by total working hours of wait staff in a day.

This will allow the department of operations management to decide the exact requirement of wait staff according to the demand in the café. Through this process, productivity can be boosted
