Both of them were about to fight with each other and the issue was that my friend borrowed some money from that stranger but refused to pay back the money by saying that he did not get any money from the stranger. I played the role of a mediator and solved the issue by advising them to use the legal way to solve the issue instead of fighting.21. It is because group efforts always produce reliable results as each person of the group has his own area of expertise regarding the project and he completes his task in a professional manner, whereas single handed approach does not always produce desirable results because of lack of required skills.29.
