not hesitate to severe the bonds of tender relations: here sons are ready to kill their fathers, bothers do not hesitate to spill blood in order to receive a smooth access towards receiving hierarchy in power, mother is ready to smother her own son and appreciation, retaining or respect for moral values is sardonically criticized. The world of Macbeth shows reflects a world so diametrically opposite than that of general values of nature that meaning of gender receives a drastic transformation. Women have gone far ahead from just being traditional temptresses and they are ready to satisfy their lust for power even at the cost of adopting the most heinous steps, which are conventionally considered to be performed by men only. Lady Macbeth emerges as a perfect embodiment or human manifestation in support of such observation. In order to attain monarchy and satisfy his ambition, Macbeth also has committed several wrongs that even have amounted to violating the regulations of nature but in each case Lady Macbeth has played a major role in helping or inciting Macbeth to transcend the conventional boundaries of morality. Despite his biological identity as a MAN, Macbeth, due to appeal of his consent, has hesitated to commit the guilt. Such tenderness of his character, on each occasion, has harshly been criticized by Lady Macbeth and in that process she has gone to the extent of challenging his masculinity, arguing that being a woman also has more traits of manly strength in her nature.

The story of this character is very rich coupled with numerous intertwining layers. This paper therefore traces the journey of Macbeth as presented in the entire play through a complexity of the themes within the play.
I would say that these visions or hallucinations make the play the best and moreover it suits the character without doubt and kindles the hidden ambition for power under him. It is because of these hallucinations we see Macbeth's bloody rise to power. Thus, the real purpose of introducing these visions is to contribute to Macbeth's downfall.
They have a balanced partnership because each of them shoulders equivalent burdens and responsibilities. The relationship that they share is far stronger in the beginning and deteriorates as the insanity begins to grip them more and more strongly.
The nature of their relationship alters through the course of the play and in the three scenes that are focused on there is a noticeable change between how they act towards one another.
As the play progresses, Macbeth transforms from a loyal soldier to a cruel and treacherous tyrant and murderer. He changes from a man, who at the beginning of the play is regarded as a man noble and brave, a saviour and a man loyal to the king, to a man who kills driven by the prophecies of the witches and the ambition and evil machinations of his wife Lady Macbeth.
Besides, the king of Scotland, Duncan, the most noble and benevolent ruler whom Macbeth murders, and the three witches, who appear in the very first act of the play with supernatural powers coupled with mischief and malice, and whose predictions sow seeds of ambition and self-doubt in Macbeth that propel him towards committing the heinous crime.
I suppose it should be the first scene of the film. In this scene and also in the other ones it is necessary for tight cooperation with historians to reveal key-issues of arms, military attire and other main elements of the play. Another scene that could be worked at in a modern context is the "Macbeth and Banquo's encounter the witches as they cross a moor" (Plot Overview, http://www.sparknotes.com/shakespeare/macbeth/summary.html).
They represent a mixture of various emotions, intentions and features, and each of them should be analyzed both separately and from the point of view of their relations. It is evident that Macbeth stays apart from other evil characters, portrayed by Shakespeare in various plays, and Lady Macbeth cannot be characterized as ruthless and heartless woman.
Macbeth becomes king of Scotland but cannot rest till he has seen the last of all who stand in the way of his kingship. He goes on a ruthless killing spree ably goaded by Lady Macbeth. He first kills the servants of Duncan to make everyone believe that they caused Duncan's death.
