Extract of sample "Working Skills and How to Grow on Job"

I always relied on my employees who were not only dependable but also showed resilience in terms of teamwork and cohesiveness as one unit. This was a proactive approach that was taken care of by my subordinates who were not only honest within their dealings but also exhibited confidence in their day to day tasks and chores. I assigned responsibilities upon them and they showed the utmost flexibility. This was apparent within my work realms nonetheless which is something that I can really be proud of.

I have the ability to work independently though I prefer to work in the form of a team as it is more comprehensive and gives me the freedom to have more than a single mind at work at the same time. I have valued work and demonstrated my skills to the maximum possible levels time and again and hence I have grown in my job immensely.
