The alternative remedies or solutions must be solicited from the present employees of the company, and each suggestion/opinion must be fully considered in terms of its advantages and disadvantages for the financial upkeep of Sunbelt Video. If an alternate plan, aside from cutting hours and laying off has been considered – then a significant period must be given to make the aforementioned alternate plan work. It is vital in any company operation for employees to actively partake in decision-making about the longevity of the company. After all, it is their bread and butter on the line.

While there may be a lot of concepts regarding management and leadership, the ultimate concern is to make things within the workplace better to induce a harmonious working relationship.
