This incorporates the investigation of the companys code of conduct ability to address and resolve the todays ethical issues.Ethics are defined as a set of moral values and principles governing or characteristic of a particular group of people or culture.

The Ethics are also defined as a complex set of moral principles held or set of laws of conduct tracked through an individual. It is assessed that having ethical framework is, performing the right or moral thing when no one is looking. The implementation and fulfillment of the ethics are a personal preference and consequently, how workplace ethics are managed depend on the personal ethics of those who are in power over that place of work as well as those who work in that operational atmosphere (Ghillyer) and (Workplace-Ethics).

It is significant to keep in mind that workplace codes of conduct are shaped through two significant factors. Workplace policy is the initial factor that has to be in agreement via entire laws as well as regulations that are at present in the authority where the business functions. This helps to make sure that essential workplace ethics prevent some pressure or compulsion to employ in actions that are measured to be against the law, encourage favoritism in the workplace, maintaining unfair hiring plus firing carry out or permit salary to be set that are beneath the smallest legal amount or the established standards for the area (Tatum).

Nowadays the workplace code of conduct /ethics emerges according to the workplace environment. At the present, organizations have better code of conducts for handling all the type of situations. In company code of conduct we see all the aspects from the ethical point of view. The list of ethical conducts is developed through the analysis of the business situation and operational practice. These have the capability to address the different aspects and difficulties we face at a workplace. The customization of these codes of conducts is done through the business aspects, operational practice, business policy, and management structure. Therefore we can say that the companys code of conduct is realistic. These codes of conduct are developed to offer a better working and operational environment (Baeyer). Nowadays we see the technology based environment and lots of new businesses abuses come out from this new business practice.

The E-business, electronic supply chain management, and new marketing strategies involve lot of abuses those can affect the business areas. To deal with these new contemporary issues we need to develop a new and enhanced policy and code of conduct. At the present we have better policies those are developed for the handling of the different business aspects. These policies and codes of conducts are capable to handle and address the different todays ethical issues (Gr.). Overall code of ethics development, fulfillment, and implementation depend upon the people on that policies are implemented.

It is the need of time to develop more enhanced policies and procedures for the enhanced business and workplace management. Work Cited Baeyer, Cornelius von. "WHATS WORKPLACE ETHICS?" 1999.
