This report will provide recommendations on how to tackle the firm’s operational loss through two possible scenarios. In the first scenario, the firm is recommended to lay off about 10% of its workers and implement specific measures to improve worker productivity such as putting in place a feedback system and introducing a variable pay component. In the second scenario, it is recommended to shut down operations immediately as the gap is too large and it is highly unlikely that the state of break even could be attained. In large firms, however, the organization structure tends to be more complex, although technological change is forcing many organizations to reassess the most organization structure for their business. Firm growth and M&A ; Firm Internationalisation
...Firm Internationalization Firm Internationalization Success is every company’s objective, but once the company achieves this objective, it opts to succeed. In this context, the companies find the desire to go global. Going global is seeking an international market, where the company can sell its products worldwide. ...Coase’s Theory of the Firm COASE’S THEORY OF THE FIRM Introduction In his seminal paper, “The Nature of the Firm”, Ronald Coase argued that there was more to the firm than the incorporation of inputs in order to generate outputs. Developing one of the first economic theories about the firm, this theory contends that firms have concrete existences and that the modes of internal organization, such as the use of hierarchies to coordinate individuals, are different to price-coordinated market transactions (Curwen, 2012: p49). This theory encouraged the elaboration of hypotheses about what firms are, as well as what they do, among future economists. Coase also proposed that the marginal costs involved in coordination by firms increases... as the...

In a competitive market, the price of an automobile will vary until it reached a point where the demand and supply will be equal. Consumer demand theory: this theory tries to relate the customer’s preference towards a specific car to the expenses that can be incurred later, in term of maintenance. ...The genocide that Rwanda saw in the middle of 1990s decade towards the latter part of 20th century was one of the most barbaric and horrific one in terms of the human rights violation and outright slaughter of the common man. The intensity of the event was so extreme that it moved the global powers such as United States of America into stepping in and finding a solution towards solving the problem. The global community along with the efforts of the Paul Kagame has achieved peace to a considerable level yet the world and human rights entities have taken a dig at assessing the reasons and the causes that led to the occurrence of such a little seen event.
