Conducting efficient, accurate, and meaningful analysis – meets standards

     I am well versed in using information technology to enhance performance and keep up with the advancing technology to provide a competitive edge The uses of various computer programs spreadsheet databases and word processing packages have greatly facilitated in creation database of information for effective analysis. Indeed, raising development funds and creating investment concepts that have been an integral part of my work, had become easy because of the computer technology.

The financial strategy and plans have involved conducting efficient, accurate, and meaningful analysis, including Capex and Opex analysis, benchmark analysis, financial analysis, and investment plans to meet the demands for the various projects and assignments. I have been involved in creating effective and innovative financial planning to manage the organization’s long-term and short-term financial perspectives. (129)

 

Though leadership – exceeds

The leadership traits have been an important part of my work curricula where changing roles of leadership have become intrinsic to the organizational goals and objectives. I have had to deliver the results within the tight schedules and therefore setting priorities had become an important ingredient of the work model. Realizing that the role of leaders, managers and the administrators of the organizations become more challenging when new strategy and policy decisions are introduced in the organizations, the onus had often fallen on my shoulders to ensure effective feedback through a participatory approach and helps solve the problems and workplace conflicts amicably. This was a key factor for promoting better understanding among the employees for easy adaptability to change. (116)

 

Effective written communication – partially meets standards

     Everyone needs to communicate with one other, in one way or the other but mastering it ensures that one can convey his thoughts and ideas to the other with clarity and with ease. Communication, therefore, becomes an important medium of expressing and explaining facts that may hitherto create unseen problems. Though English is not my native language looking at the cutting-edge business environment, I have made a special effort to master the language so that I can masters the art of written communication. I have now become fairly adept at expressing my thoughts and business plans in written English but have continued the process of learning and practicing the language to overcome difficult situations in the rapidly changing environment of globalization. (124)

 

 

Effective oral communication – meets standards

In the fast-advancing technology and rapid globalization, change has become intrinsic for development and organizations tend to adapt to the constantly evolving business environment. But it is equally true that people tend to resist any kind of change and organizations, therefore, plan and implement changes in a manner that mitigates the resistance of the employees instilling confidence in them. Hence, effective communication becomes one of the most important tools of managerial leadership that have deranging influence on the smooth functioning of corporate bodies. Effective communication is significant in the administration of the organization and the projection of the organization’s aims and objectives in the eyes of the public and stakeholders.

     My work experience has involved extensive interaction with major clients and the public, thereby equipping me with the necessary traits of effective verbal communication techniques to convey vital information in a manner that promotes understanding of issues and awareness of the cause and consequences of the wide ramifications of our actions thereon. (162)

 

Managing self-self-development needs

     Reflective practices are an important part of personal and professional growth. Looking back at our actions and critically assessing them provides an opportunity to improve and improvise the working techniques. In the professional arena, the feedback from our seniors and colleges gives sports insight into the flaws of the methodologies adopted gives give a valuable chance to develop professionally. I like to incorporate reflective practice in my personal and professional life so that I can continuously grow in the fast-evolving environment of competitive business dynamics. (84)

 

Effective teaming – exceeds

In the contemporary environment of globalization and advancing technology, effective teamwork constitutes one of the most important factors that make a valuable contribution to the organization promoting a sense of togetherness and collective responsibility that reflects in the increased output and improved performance of the organization. It is for these reasons that good leadership always strives to resolve workplace conflicts and other such barriers that hurt the team performance.

Effective teamwork has been the hallmark of my work experience and I have realized that the most significant barriers to teamwork are the self-interest of the individuals of the team, misunderstood values, and conflicting ideologies and value systems. Hence, leadership strives to inculcate team spirit among the team members that help to put team interests over individual interests so that collectively they can contribute towards achieving team targets. Promoting understanding of cross-cultural value systems and dissemination of information are the main ingredients of effective teamwork. I have always tried to incorporate these points to build an effective team. (172)
