Introduction: Education is essential for every human being for developing and using their mental, moral, and physical powers. Education is generallyreferred to as procedure of learning and acquiring knowledge at school in a formal structure. It is all the more necessary in present day life. Only a person thus educated can adjust with the changed living conditions involving technical advancements. A well educated person is envied, honored and generally liked by people of the neighborhood. Education assists the community to develop in all aspects.

The new youngsters must become knowledgeable and prove to be precious assets of our nation.Benefits of education classes: Today the world is very competitive. Communication plays a significant role in today’s global context. A large number of big business deals take place all over the world any given day. It can be seen that English language occupies the front lines of communication. English is absolutely an extensively used world language. English is the official language for so many international organizations such as United Nations, International Olympic Committee etc.

I have gained good experience while attending the general education English classes. This course was of great help to me to move up to the next level. The general English classes contain phonology, consonants, grammar, and vocabulary. In English part I one will come across a clear and brief review of English grammar such as its different forms, basic vocabulary and basic principles. The subject is taught in a non-technical language and in simple, ordinary steps, starting with the formation of simple sentences and followed by the different parts of speech and other fundamentals to the more complex creations.

Grammar is very much necessary in the daily work of many pupils who use English language extensively. Language is considered as a tool for communication. If you do not apply grammar you will not be able to use the tool properly. So it is very essential for you to speak with correct grammar. This class teaches the basic principles of English grammar which will be useful for applying in English 11. These classes cover topics like the sentence, kinds of sentences, simple subject and verb, compound construction, complements, prepositional phrases, parts of speech, forms and properties of verbs, verbal nouns, pronouns, appositives, adjectives, adverb, prepositions, conjunctions, clauses and subordinate clauses.

Apart from grammatical skill this class has enriched other areas like literacy skill, writing skill, fluency skills, reading skills as well as vocabulary skills. So I am thankful to this workshop which I attended as it is very helpful for my future endeavor. From this class I got lots of tips to remember when writing which includes:Keep away from the use of slang words, Steel away from use of symbols, Dashes are generally used for emphasis, Try not to use abbreviations, Keep sentences short, Clichés should be avoided, or at the very least, used with caution, Brackets are used to play down words or phrases.

The above mentioning tips cover the most common errors made while writing letters, reports and memos. Skilled reading necessitates the integration of several skills and abilities. Writing and listening skills contribute to the enrichment of reading. Learning to read will be very hard if writing and listening skills are not present. These classes helped me to enhance my reading skill and it is very advantage for me to go to my further studies. (Clark Gucker). Conclusion: Staying aggressive is the key to sustainability.

The general education classes helped me to learn new skills. This general education course has gone a long way to build up my intellectual and practical skills, individual and social responsibility and integrative learning.
