My professional achievements would be a driving force encouraging me all through my career. I have proved my leadership skills and have the aptitude to train. - What are your areas for improvement? I need more training in research processes. As my experience had been more into the managerial aspects, I could hardly get any chance to get trained in the area. However, if given a chance to get trained in the area, I am quite sure to acquire expertise in research as well.- What are your career options right now? With regard to the experience I hold in the field, I am confident to be fit for a number of career options. However, considering the success I have had as a leader, I would fit in best into the slot of a leader who is assigned to lead the team towards newer heights of success.
