I have noticed a form of hubris hanging above people, which is actually affecting the way we relate and work with each other. In fact, those who exhibit these two characters are viewed as weak and can be easily manipulated, but that is not always the case. Humility allows us to acknowledge our limitations and accept that we cannot work as solitary beings. We need each other to prosper.
