The shift in Company perspective has highlighted several problems that have to be overcome, such as the need for capable executives and a reorganization of the existing team, as well as several more stringent financial requirements that need to be met in order to ensure that the Company meets the requirements of the SEC.

This may possibly call for some changes in the existing set-up.
