You will becomeold if you will just focus us on it without doing any joys for yourself. That's why we have recreational facilities and establishments are pretty obvious in urban areas. This is the main source of leisure time for busy people to unwind. Not only helping for busy people to unwind but is also a main indicator that and is therefore progressing. Technology and with the businesses take the wonderful opportunity to raise a business nor savings and investments. These are place in the area where people are many, meaning many customers there is. In this period of time people are very busy, on their jobs, commonly for their living. They seem to be people who should have their spare time to enjoy and make their selves relax. And as a product and agenda of the government they will surely provide and built such places for people's recreation. They said it is to show that our government has done well for the common good of the people. But how can we say that this is an indicator of progress What are these recreations and how do they add to the development Will they lust forever An example for leisure as a catalyst for development is the situation in Belfast. It is a city changed with over 1billion of private investment in new residential, commercial and leisure facilities. Mostly of this investment has taken place along the waterfront, transforming100 acres of former industrial land. 1 of public investment has levered 5 of private investment. 10,000 new jobs have been offered and 500 homes were built - with city living becoming attractive once again. There are so many places to go and earn enjoyments. A lot of places around this world provides recreations. Each country are making or trying to create something that will give pleasures to the people. They tend to attract everybody to a certain place to have fun and enjoy and give pleasures to their selves. But behind this, there comes money matters. You need to pay for a pleasure. Business sectors have planned this. As they study the needs of the people they have come up with the building of recreational areas that are in demand by employees and of course children's which always wanted to enjoy and family's having fun. The government of course will have their part behind these recreational activities, money which are from the taxes. They are of course somehow are supporting this. It helps as to provide happiness and leisure as for the common good of the people. Two of the jewels in this revival crown are the 32m Waterfront Hall, Belfast's award winning 2500 seat concert and convention centre, and the 91m Odyssey Complex, including a 10,000 seat indoor arena with permanent ice floor, 12 screens Warner Village Multiplex, 400 seats Sheridan Imax and W5 Science Centre. Both these facilities, while victorious in their own right, have also played a crucial role in unlocking further investment and regeneration. Among the main leisure is tourism. According to Lipman (2003), tourism is a catalyst for the development of an area. It is the central pillar of a global services company. With the present problem of poverty in certain places, there have been actions made for these places to progress in due time. The international company is now taking course to eliminate this problem by 2015 through integrated international, regional, national development programs, largely in the framework of UN and Bretton Woods Institution. They currently work on the development for the needs like food, home, health, and education. Because of these needs they are tied up to debts and loans but they for see tourism as an answer that will solve this poverty. According to National Account Analysis' due to tourism it has directly raise 8-12% raise of GDP, employment, investment, and trade for most countries. They provide work for the people therefore decreasing the problem of unemployment and increasing the income of the people in the area. Since more people are in need to have job. They need it to support their family and for their continuous living. This building and progressions that results for employment will eradicate the problem of poverty. Not only are the people are benefited so with the whole country itself. It increases the rate of constant trade and will even attract more investors that will help develop the place and earn money at the same time. Tourism has unique benefits to a country as a source of income. A consumer that travels provides sales of additional goods and services that will help the poor by making them exporters. And as a result of the globalization after the Cold War, the communication anywhere in the world becomes fast, easy and much cheaper. The tendency of the people is to take advantage of this trading and they can go wherever the wanted. The wealth created and produced is spread rapidly across domestic economies including in the poor living area. Tourism also creates important opportunities to diversify the economy of an area. Tourists are attracted to remote areas due to their cultural and landscape values. These remote areas are usually preserving their cultural values and so with their wildlife treasures and therefore attract investors to operate in those areas. Coastal tourism and recreation are important parts of the largest and most rapidly growing activity in the world. Tourism and recreation-related development is one of the major factors molding development patterns in the coastal zones of the United States. Foreign tourism to the United States, much of it coastal-motivated, gives significant economic benefits that relate directly to the U.S. location in an increasingly competitive global economy (Houston, 1995). People's recreation had come to the point of activity, which is to explore and go to different places they haven't seen before as their sort of fun. They are doing such travels for recreation and for relaxation and to satisfy one's self. Since tourism is one of the prominent ways to upraise the development of an area or a country it is then a must to take care of the spots that center this market. Managements among coastal tourisms and any other kind of tourism should therefore put up strategies that will not only develop the place but will also be conscious about taking care of it for it is the only capital they rely on. Not only the management that should be concerned about taking care of these business but also the government. Measures of progress need to consider implications for social justice and the environment, as well as endorsing responsible economic progress. Sustainable development offers a new model which fulfils these requirements. 'Weak' sustainability, asserts that it is possible to improve both material well-being and environmental quality through appropriate development strategies, epitomizes he current approach taken by the World Bank, OECD, EU and UK. In the form of 'ecological modernization', this reflects a belief that, instead of a zero-sum trade-off between the environment and the economy, continued economic prosperity and improvements in living standards are dependent on the promotion of higher environment standards (Jackson and Roberts, 2000). The ongoing progress of tourism will then lead to constructions of more infrastructures and more establishments. Agencies will be popping out and will soon connect countries to each others. This will lead to the market of foreign business which will increase country's income and will incline people to innovate more kinds of business. In Europe for example, its cities and towns contain a rich cultural heritage, but it has become a challenge to them how to maintain such thing with the massive tourists that invades the place. The rampage of population of these tourists will cause great impacts and soon will even destroy the culture (Paskaleva-Shapira, 2001). Tourist's demands are already a great pressure for this area. Despite of the pressure, it will remain a great challenge for them to maintain such integrity to the business. Not only in the U.S is tourism a recreational business that is booming but also in Europe. It has contributed a 5% increase tot it's GNP and is generating 6% of all jobs in European Union. The large number of Europian cities is the big potentials for the growing business of tourism in the place. According to Paskaleva-Shapira (2001), sustainable urban tourism requires attention to varied elements. These elements of urban tourism requirements are maintaining physical heritage in the context of living (developing cities), allowing maximum access to infrastructures, strengthening the cultural and social viability of local community, balancing interests of residence and visitors, economic viability, and minimizing adverse ecological impacts on sites from transportations. For development to cherish more the source of it should be cherished also to be able to sustain it. For this to be possible, the elements above should be observed and should be given importance. The culture with in the area should be preserve for tourists to continue to go to the place and therefore a constant income coming in the area. Facilities and establishments should be constantly available for the tourists for them to be convenient and comfortable to be always being visited. The goal of the caring of the valued place must be maintain. For this kind of business and asset of the land must be preserved and be beautifying, for it will carry though the whole nation into great success. It's a big help for the land. Creating more recreational areas will somewhat enhance the happiness of the people in your place. This will represent our country which is contained by physically fit people but emotionally and intellectually well persons. For the society have given their people the rights and wellness. This will show how well the government is, the people of the state represent the country and so they need to be provided by a good service. The social and cultural viability should be strong for a constant connection between the tourists and the community. Hospitability is of the natives of the place to the tourists will attract them to visit the place constantly. There should be a balance between what tourists wants and what the residence wants. And lastly, ecological or environmental factors should always be preserved for it is one of the great factors (main reason) why tourist goes to the place. It's the icing of the cake. Without these, tourism business is impossible to exist. So people must show warm welcoming to the guesses. So they will go back again and again, to visit and stay for a while as they gain their relaxation and satisfaction. Due to many employments when Tourism gets in, it has been described as "The worlds Number One Employer" according to the Awake magazine.(p.3) As the industrial revolution swelled the ranks of the middle classes in Europe and the United States, a growing number of people found themselves with both the money and the time to travel. Individual tourists may view their selves as part of a worldwide peace movement, but this is how the UN World Organization describes the industry. There have come the ecotourism to take the tourists. And explore the wildness and of the rainforests. The government really allotted fro the tourism services and so trying to support it and improve. When tourism business is well preserve it should not only stop in there. It should always be monitored and checked. Preparing and implementing indicators of sustainable development are important tasks. The government has the responsibility of what is happening to its own land. The government should also appoint an organization or committees assigned to the place. From the taxes of the people, funds of the government for the improvements of the asset places. It is essential to be able to measure progress towards the attainment of the objectives of sustainable development in order to have a better managing of the process. When development is always checked managements will be of track when and where problems will arise (Jackson and Roberts, 2000). Traceable with these measurements is the income the country constantly receives. They will also know if there income has gone down or is constantly climbing up. They can also check what are the missing things That they can put up in the business so that it will be more efficient. Example for this is transportation. They should check if the place is conveniently reachable through transportation. They should assure the people that it is a safe transport. It's a way of caring not just the tourist but of course for the native of the land. They should aim for caring everyone. They can also replenish the things being spent. Just like the ecological or environmental depressions. They will be constantly checking the damages they had caused to the environment. Environmentalists are also are guarding and watching all of this and conducting some researches. For they know that every activity conducted by a human there is always a disaster. In which the environment is affected by this. Especially in coastal tourism business, they should conduct coastal and resource management. This strategy will modify the processes that they can do to improve the business. Indicators of environmental performance provide a test for the achievement of environmental sustainability and by extension fulfill the examination required of strong sustainability.
