Running Head: Research Paper Research paper s Research Paper To observe that how the international law protects the diplomats and what is the affective of this protection, Romania is considered as one of the best example. Romania has obtain a great success in building up an authentic and strong local market of commercial law, but in contrast to this situation the question arises that will the foreign builders giants bought up the world's best, which the country has to offer The answer is that the local field is always being analyzed by the "diplomats". (Curtis, pp 345-500, 1999) After this all situation all the law market which exist in this world gets the business environment according to their own market situations and according to their demands, while on the other hand as every market is aware that the Romania is facing an accelerated speed of development, therefore in the result the law market should adapt a very fast means in order to fulfill the demands of acquisitions, mergers, EU compliances, further privatizations and the litigations and arbitration of the internationalization. (Curtis, pp 345-500, 1999) After this whole research, there is one basic phenomenon which is the major reason in setting the country apart from the Central Europe. In Bucharest legal some of the popular brand names are Romania while on the other hand mostly from the USA and UK none of them have any local branch of office. Few popular names among the top 100 global firms includes (Curtis, pp 345-500, 1999) Cameron Mc kenna Linklaters Names of those firms which have entered the market are Haarmaan Hemmelrath Gide Loyrette Nouel Salans Nor Stifenhofer Lutz Schoennherr Wolf Joerg Menzer once said "There are many strong local based law firms which are most reputable as compare to other firms". (Curtis, pp 345-500, 1999) Due to the improper work of some leading global companies some smaller companies are setting and building up shops and getting and gaining name and fame side by side. This situation is due to the absence of the large markets and due to their improper work. When they are not properly working they will slowly loose their name and with the help of this situation on the other hand many other small companies build up their standard. (Curtis, pp 345-500, 1999) Apart from this situation there are many giant companies which are now working with small global market in order to make their position in the market. They always work with other smaller companies when they are not getting anything from the bigger one. Many companies without having any offices intervene on the market of Romania. Companies like Norton Rose Freshfields and Allen Clifford Chance After working since seven years, the most reputable company linklaters has gained up on the good quality of the personnel. (Bardo, pp74-78, 1998) There are such type of companies which while working with smaller companies for a limited time period gain a lot of praise and reputation which they can't gain when they are working with a good and huge companies. This is the reason that why and how diplomats are now working and gaining money. The most important discussion now a days is the break-Out with the help of international firms. Most of the lawyer wants to solve it by themselves while some wants to carry it with the help of a group work. And this was the reason that by the end of 2006 the lawyers decided to plan a group of 15 members in order to solve this major problem. (Bardo, pp74-78, 1998) Here arises a critical and one of the important question that if the market develops, in return clients will always need more complex and critical services while at present most of the law firms are focusing on the volume. (Bardo, pp74-78, 1998) Diplomats are now working as they are working in any law market. They have now no danger and they are working freely. (Bardo, pp74-78, 1998) The law market is not purely saturated and this is the reason that why most of the lawyers were surprised when they observed the situation of the law market, that they have not yet witnessed a single wave from UK and US to any foreign firms which ever crashed onto the Romania's shores. (Bardo, pp74-78, 1998) After observing over different law markets, it is estimated that there is still place for over 30 law markets. (Bardo, pp74-78, 1998) On the Romanian market there is no lack of specialists. This is not because of the absence of testing any intelligence or due to the improper use of knowledge or due to any kind of lawyers. All over the world each and every company is trying to do their best and in order to gain best position in the market every company is trying to do every kind of thing at their best. But here arises an important question that what diplomats are doing They are making their business popular while using different types of tricks and games which is not good and healthy for giant markets. This situation is because of the law market is some how inter related with the flood of various new laws most of the precedents are not present that have entered in the last few years in the statute books. Other most important reason is that due to the judge who were created when those who were less than any competent and to correct knowledge of any kind of new legislation. (Jennifer, pp 34-50, 1997) Due to this reason some competition issues under European law also come under. Therefore those markets which have very strong relationships with US and European will be advantaged as they will get benefit from EU law partners. Due to the pressure from the regular report of European commission's into Romania's membership for EU last year the competition council totaled the imposing fines of about 40 million Euro on some. (Jennifer, pp 34-50, 1997) Consumer goods Harbor Cement producers Branches of the real estate union Other services Most of the cases related to the role of diplomats in the law market were registered in the court and the result was most surprising as the state won all the cases that were reistered. (Jennifer, pp 34-50, 1997) Many of the diplomats combine their business with other large business first in order to start work and then charge and hold on the giant market as a whole. There is a huge danger to any business firm from diplomats as they just shake hands in order to get profit and profit and only give in return loss and loss. (Jennifer, pp 34-50, 1997) There is not any kind of optimism related to the success of Romania law firms which is now expanding in a large number in abroad. Romania firms are now starting the collaborations with such as Sofia Kiev But apart from the collaboration they are not starting to establish any kind of office there. This is only due to the diplomats who are now just trying to spoil the law market in order to get profit and profit and due to this most of the law markets are facing loss. (Jennifer, pp 34-50,1997) This is now the duty of the international law to protect from diplomats as they are spoiling the law market. Law market is most important and reputable market in the world. International law should now keep their laws strict and they should apply hard and fast rules in order to overcome any kind of dangerous to the law market and to avoid the danger from the diplomats. (Jennifer, 1997, International law market sometimes faces a high position in the society whereas sometimes they faces a little bit disappointment from their dealers but the most of all, the biggest danger is from the diplomats. They are now in try to spoil the law market so that they can get the profit by tooth or by crook..(Ledyard,pp 67-89 2000) The main issue here is that why these diplomats are trying this type of activity and why they want to spoil the law market and how they are spoiling and in the last one of the important question is that how the law market can save their market from the danger which is most expected from the diplomats. (Albris,pp 67-90, 1999) Diplomats always wants to spoil the law market so that they can easily apply their own laws and so they can do whatever they want to do in the society but the law market is totally against this thinking of the diplomats and this is the main reason of clash. (Albris,pp 67-90, 1999) Diplomats when ever try to shake hands with the law market as if they want to invest and want to give them profit too, law market should get aware that this is not the reason that why the diplomats wants to shake hands with the law market. The main reason is to spoil their business and to get hold over it so that they can make their own rules and policies. Diplomats are the one who with very different kinds of tricks make people to think that they are not bad people they are good and they just want to start a new business to give and take profit but the main reason behind this is that they just want to spoil their business. (Albris,pp 67-90, 1999) In the beginning of 1990 there was no proper measurements of law to be taken in Romania. When there were no law therefore there was no danger from any kind of diplomats but when slowly the law market started to establish the danger from diplomats also increases and the time came when everywhere there were diplomats who were in try to spoil the business of law market so that they can rule over the world and society. (Biblio, pp 67-88,1999) Diplomats with the help of different techniques and tricks very easily trap the law market employees and then slowly and gradually come closer to them in order to know the situations of the market. When they are fully aware of the situations of the market they very easily gain whatever they want to gain. (Biblio, pp 67-88,1999) The state in order to overcome this kind of situations sold many kinds of large assets like Oil Gas Electricity Due to this reason the law market can be safe from the diplomats but this plan was also failed when the diplomats was aware from the situation that the law market is involve in this kind of activity. Another most important decision taken by the law market was privatization. With the help of this plan the law market tend to advise on the development of the different industries so that they can invest their money in the safe side and therefore they can protect their business from the diplomats. This plan was slightly successful because this was the only reason that how one can safe his money. (Biblio, pp 67-88,1999) As due to a survey, the law market is not a well developed market. It now need a lot of improvement and apart from this it also requires a lot of investment and a lot of betterment so that it can be included in the best working markets. In order to attain this position and this place the law market should invest more and more so that they can acquire a better position in the world. But here q question arises that how the law market can be safe from the diplomats. (Watson, pp 56-90,2005) When any kind of law market decides to protect the diplomats there are many rules with the help of which the law market can protect it. Law market by applying different rules which are in the favor of the diplomats and with the help of which the diplomats gets what they want, can protect them. Following is the list with the help of which the law market can protect the diplomats: (Watson, pp 56-90,2005) By applying the rule that are not against the diplomats. By listening to the diplomats that what are their demands and needs. By listening to the diplomats that what problems they are facing and how to overcome them. In order to protect the diplomats and to solve their problems the law market should listen their problems and should always pass the rule which are in favor of them and which are not against them. (Watson, pp 56-90,2005) Law market is responsible to first decide that what rules should be follow and then by mutual discussion pass them but here the main issue is that most of the time diplomats have to suffer and they are the one who always suffer because law market most of the time follow the rule which are not in favor of them and due to this they have to suffer a lot. (Watson, pp 56-90,2005) This is the foremost duty of the law market to first listen that what actually the diplomats need, what are their requirements, if their requirements are necessary then they should pass the rule according to their needs so that they can also get the same position as other gets. (Henry, pp 34-78,2001) Law market whenever pass any kind of rule they always make the rule according to their rules but it is their duty that first they should look that what is needed by other people what they actually want and then they should pass the rule. There are many advantages if the law market pass the rule according to the diplomats needs so that they can be protected because if the diplomats feel themselves protected they will listen in return to the law market too and in this way the law market will face advantage as compare to any kind of disadvantage. (Martin, pp 67-90,2000) Diplomats if feel that the law market is listening to their wants and needs they will in return provide them a good business environment where they can work mutually and will give and take profit and there will less chance to face any kind of loss. (Martin, pp 67-90,2000) There are many business companies who are still in the unconscious way that what to do in order to make their business a well established one and what are the steps so that there business can be a superior one. It is very well noticed by Obie Moore that many firms or law markets are unaware to know that how they can earn well, how they can establish their business and in the same way they are unaware that how they can protect the diplomats but here the main point to be noted is that the protection of the diplomats is very mush important. If they will be protected they will make the business protected and if the business will be protected the firm will gain profit and profit. (Martin, pp 67-90,2000) When the diplomats are protected this kind of deals are larger but still the profit is not that much great, but apart from this the risk is also lesser. When the risk is lesser that means the firm can gain a little bit profit if this practice is repeated over and over the firm will gain profit gradually and slowly and therefore the firm will be the best one some day. (Gibldi, pp 13-80,2002) This is the main reason that why the law market should protect the diplomats and what is the effectiveness of this protection. If law market wants to be powerful and successful then it should listen to the diplomats and it should follow the rules which are in favor of the diplomats so that they can also work accordingly to the law market.
