Sky High Airlines Analysis There is no doubt that the main desire of a passenger while levitating is to get there in time and in safety. Therefore it is obvious the safety of flights should be a foreground issue in a company policy. Unfortunately Sky High Airlines has met some serious difficulties in this issue. As the prime course it should be mentioned an ineffective work of Safety Department. It is so fell out that there was no interaction between the leadership of the Safety Department and the company's line managers.

All the attempts of managers scrutinize the safety management and make hazard reports has been taken with animosity. That effected a progressive deprivation of confidence to safety policy of the company. Numerous hazard reports has tine and again just dallied off and that fact put managers off countenance and caused the failure of safety program. As a result the company has met two serious problems: in one case the foreign object has got in turbine engine and in the other one there has been possible in-flight collision due to altitude deviations and here related litigation.

Shape a new image of Sky High Airlines.a. As one of the most important components of attracting passengers is the image the company impresses it is very important to shape an appropriate company's image. Using the Public Relations Department possibilities it should be organized meetings with mass media where the Safety Department will represent the new safety policy of Sky High Airline and prove that new safety standards will ensure passenger's security.

That will result in growth of number of Sky High Airlines clients and accordingly in increasing the profits.
