Download file to see previous pages The success of the organization is based upon the success of the theory, as per which the significance of the team work shall never be underestimated, thus this is two way interdependent position. In the absence of the interdependence, the cultivation of the team spirit shall be ensured, and understanding of others opinions shall be encouraged. The presence of the team spirit among the individual in the absence of the interdependence shall result in the effectiveness of the team work. The basic elements highlighted discussed in the article shall be bypassed, which is based upon the existence of the mutual trust which is inculcated by the integrity in the people. Such pursuit is possible if the factor of dependence is ignored, and level of interdependence is practiced, although the prescribed level is not applicable for the long term team work.
