As we are aware that by definition culture is a set of norms, beliefs, and expectations. In order for organizations to be successful they need to consider what are the factors that influence an organizations culture. The management at Jet Blue Airlines needs to consider also that the external environment which most importantly consists of the competitors effect the culture. Here we are looking at a high performance culture. in order to achieve this the employees at jet blue airline have to plan and conceive their actions according to the trends of the environment , they should be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the company , they should also be able to comprehend how they will assess the external environment as threats, opportunities or constraints for their organization . As far as the fact that all the reputable and talented people were, attracted to the Jet Blue venture, it was because Jet Blue was offering all these individuals to start from scratch. But what should be noticed that between the months of august and September the growth chart is seen taking a dive.
