While studying IB Diploma, I was pleasantly surprised that how interaction and communication with people of different cultures is beneficial for an individual’s mental and personal growth. I strongly believe that effective management always involves asking challenging questions and listening to different opinions at the right time so that the best decisions can be taken. This ability has become an integral part of my personality due to the skills I learned by pursuing this Programme. In order to polish my skills and my abilities to deal with people from different backgrounds, I have decided to pursue higher education in the UK.

Life in the UK is not only challenging but also offers an experience of a lifetime. The beauty and cultural heritage of the UK has always dazzled me. This is why I want to study Business and Management in the UK. Another reason for my alacrity to study in the UK is due to the fact that the UK’s business sector offers excellent opportunities for newly graduates. It also ensures that I will be exposed to plenty of scope to progress into a range of management positions. I have chosen to study Business and Management because it is a broad subject and encompasses the key principles of finance, accounting, marketing and human resources.

I strongly believe that it will make me compatible enough to be able to look at diverse specialisms once I graduate. Another reason for choosing BA (HONS) in Business& Management is that I believe it will increase my knowledge of business planning and polish my skills of decision making. Furthermore, studying with people from different cultures will increase my ability to work as a team to accomplish goals. The degree will tremendously help me in realizing the actual needs of today’s Multinational Organizations.

I strongly believe that the personal development skills that I will learn will help me secure a valuable future. I also believe that BA (HONS) degree will help me build the connection between modern day business management skills and real life business organizational issues. I was born in Italy and my father was of an Italian descent whereas my mother belonged to Austria. Both my mother and father were involved in family businesses. My mother belongs to one of the most important families in Austria who are involved with the largest crystal company in the world known as “Swarovski” and on the other hand the family of my father is involved in the construction business and owns the Italian company known as “PA.CO s.p.a”. Since the very beginning I have been fascinated by my mother strong decision making powers and business planning abilities.

I have always taken inspiration from my grandmother and other billionaires who started from the scratch to achieve success. Since I was 10, I have been accompanying my father to his office during my free time which has blessed me with the opportunity to learn firsthand about business strategies. I realized from an early age that complacence can destroy companies so in order to be successful we must continue to challenge and reinvent ourselves. This is the reason why educational opportunities in the UK strongly appeal to me.
