'DNA structure', is nothing but violations of intellectual property rights and copyrights of the creator. Reducing the size of the photograph is a cosmetic attempt to find loopholes in the laws. Even after the reduction of the size, the photographs will, still, be appealing to the intellect of the customer. Many technical arguments can be put forward to differentiate the original photograph from the photograph reduced in size. But it is to be remembered that even after a reduction in size, the photograph on Ditto.com has not lost its 'DNA structure' of the parent photograph.

This is more of an ethical and a moral question. Ditto.com may put forward the 'bonsai argument'.But in the case of 'bonsai' from start to finish it is the work of the original creator. The case of Ditto.com is different. Here a crude attempt is made to cut to size and already grown tree. This can not be accepted as original intellectual work. So the photographs that are found on the internet and reduced in size by Ditto.com should be considered an infringement of the intellectual property rights and copyrights. The activity of Ditto.com constitutes a violation of the artist's property rights.
