The car is spinning out of control now, but the youth continue to laugh as they look on; some are drinking from bottles of beer or other liquor.

A girl is pulled from the crowd by a couple of male youths, and forced into the car despite her violent protest. Last year alone more than two thousand youth between the ages of 14 and 20 were reported killed or maimed while participating in these reckless street corner raves.

There were also 50 sexual assaults reported.
