One may externally be rigid to follow the doe's and don'ts but should be realistic. The deep rooted negativity in the students should be replaced by regularly applying the positivity.

There should be constant hammering on the mind of students to remove any fear psychosis and any fear of failure and the spontaneity should not be allowed to compromise at all.Sharp communication skills are a must for educator to get the optimum results.
