Topic:  ‘al Qaida’s next major domestic attack on the United States’. 21th century marked with the huge terrorist threat over the world. Many terrible and well organised groups have arisen. It goes without saying that, the Al Qaeda is the most notorious among those terrorist groups. This group maintains a vast and organised networks throughout the world. Now the Al Queda is likely to launch a huge terrorist attack mainly on the non-islamic and developed countries of the world. Now the most warned target of Al Qeada’s massive terrorist attack is the U.S.A. However it started it’s full-fledged attack on September 11,2001 on U.S.A resulting the ‘World Trade Centre’ totally damaged and U.S.A defence installation Pentagon was also affected badly .Though the two famous American intelligence agencies FBI and CIA guessed about the probability of a terrorist attack but they could not imagined that could be such a terrible one. However, from that time those intelligent agencies are very much conscious about the further possibility of any massive terrorist attack on U.S.A by Al-Qaeda or any other terrorist group. To get expected success of an aim there must need a perfect plan. Al Qaeda has also some scientific plans as to U.S.A. Accordingly, they are gradually forwarding steps to steps. The plan, which is focused for the first time in the Australian publication that their duration is of seven phases. 1. They started their first horrible activities concerning U.S.A on 11th September in 2001 A.D. On that very day they attacked the world trade centre known as 9/11 attack.. the object of this was the awakening in the consciousness of Mohammedans all over the world and aimed at provoking the U.S.A into announcing war on the Muslim world and mobilizing radicals. 2. “The terrorists hope to make the ‘western conspiracy’ aware of the ‘Islamic Community’ over the world.” (RULE, 2002). They probably intended to be appeared as a powerful Islamic militant network worldwide and to act as a strong protestant against the world ruling policies mainly the policies against the Muslim interest by the U.S.A. From this direction they have afforded to form their own secret battalion which is huge in number and scientifically trained. The battalion is also spread all over the world and devoted to their assigned afforded to form their own secret battalion which is huge in number and scientifically trained. The battalion is also spread all over the world and devoted to their assigned who are not fearful about their lives rather interested to even sacrifice themselves for the sake of Islam. However another alarming thing is that, Al Qaeda does not have face any difficulties to manage the necessary manpower from the third world Islamic countries. Due to economic insufficiency and lack of proper knowledge of Islam those people do not hesitate in joining Al Qaeda network. As an ultimate result Al Qaeda is increasing its network across the world within the least possible time. 3. Probably in the year 2010 the world is going to see a terrible aggression on the secular countries like Turkey and archenemy Israel. Al Qaeda is likely take preparation towards this direction. They insist on the principle that, no anti-Islam power will be shared from the attack of al Qaeda. 4. Another alarming plan of Al Qaeda is that, it decided to run a massive attack on the hatred Arab regimes, including Saudi Arabia and Jordan and other countries. Because, those countries are the main oil suppliers of the U.S.A and other non-Muslim western countries. Attacking them, Al Qaeda wishes to destroy the enriched economy of the U.S.A creating a bar in the oil production and it’s supply process to U.S.A. They also threat that the U.S.A economy will be affected with serious cyber terrorism. This attack may take place with the beginning of the year 2013 in a pre-planed way. 5. IN this phase Al Qaeda group extremely expect to establish an Islamic caliphate or Islamic state. And they prefer it to be sovereign where only Islamic activities will be done and Islamic law that means Quranic law will be enforced. There will have practised only Islamic tradition and culture. A state which will not undergo the policies of U.S.A and any other non Islamic countries. In a word, they want to acquire supreme power of the world which in their opinion is now confined in the hand of U.S.A and his alleges. According to the report of ‘The Age’ they wish to establish such a state within the years 2013-2016. 6. The Al Qaeda head is Osama bin Laden. Predicted that the world will see the struggle between the believers and the non believers beginning in the year 2016. It will be a total confrontation spreading throughout the world. As far as can be assessed the next warned target of the Al Qaeda’s attack is the key point I installations of the U.S.A. It also aimed at major culturally enriched places. The important financial establishment which are the part and parcel of U.S economy are likely to be affected with catastrophic terrorist attack run by Al Qaeda network. Even the military infrastructures are not excluded from the list of target. The future plan, according to captured Al-Qaida agents and documents, suggests the attacks will take place simultaneously in major cities throughout the country including New York, Boston, Washington, Lasvegas, Miami, Chicago and LOS Angels. Though from the attack of 9/11 no major or serious attack has been seen till now by Al Qaeda network still they have a huge stock of deadly weapons. Now it is seen that the militants of Al Qaeda network are committing some small attacks in many parts of the world mainly in war affected countries like Iraq, Afghanistan etc. But according to many intelligence agencies it possesses even a lot of sophisticated nuclear weapons. In response to the G2 bulletin revelations Chris, Simcox, founder of the minuteman “civil defence corps, a citizen action group demanding the U.S. Government take control of its borders. An immediate military said the presence on the borders is now” (Texan, 7 January 2005). And “imperative “to stop the overwhelming influx of unidentified, potentially hostile and seditious persons coming across at an alarming rate” (Farah, 11 July 2005). Farah (11 July 2005) states that- “Terrorists have carte balance to carry practically anything they want across our national line at time. As ordinary citizens have warned this government for years. The only surprising part about the new information reported here is that nothing apocalyptic from Mexican-border, weapons trafficking has yet happened. Terrorism has reared its ugly head in London. Again these past few days, and as we know all too well we are not immune in this country. At this point, the next attempt to attack America at home is just a matter of ‘when’ not ‘if’. They unsecured borders have surely contributed to this threat yet their government officials continue to fiddle. While their nation’s margin of security and safety burns away.” “The President and Congress had better wake up before they have devastating terrorism incursion on their soil.(Al-Qaida’s Most Likely Nuke Targets)” (Ashby, n.d.). “In the National Intelligence Estimate prepared for president Bush and other top policymakers. Analysts laid out a range of dangers- from al-Qaida to Lebanese” (Shrader, 18 July 2007). Hezbollah to non-Muslim radical groups. That pose a “persistent and evolving treat” to the country over the next years. “National Intelligence Council chairman Thomas Fingar warned that the group’s operatives, in Iraq are getting portable, firsthand experience in covert communications, smuggling, improvised explosive devices, understanding U.S military tactics and more. The Iraqi affiliate also helps al-Qaida more broadly. It tries to energies Sunni Muslim extremists around the globe. Raise resources and recruit and indoctrinate operatives-“including for homeland attacks” according to a declassified summary of the reports main findings” (Fingar, 2008). Recently the Al Qaeda has started to establish several training establishment at several places for the purpose of giving training to it’s members as to the process of attack, mode of manufacturing and operation of various weapons, learning of various language etc. Al Qaeda has also afforded to manage sufficient fund for its vast amount of expenditure. It is collecting a lot of sophisticated, lethal and destructive weapons in order to run massive attack on U.S.A. “According to captured al-Qaida leaders and documents, the plan is called the “American Hiroshima”. Involves the multiple detonation of nuclear weapons already smuggled into the U.S. over the Mexican border with the help of the MS-13 street gang and other organized crime groups” (Farah, 08 July 2005). “Al-Qaida has obtained at least 40 nuclear weapons from the former Soviet union including suitcase nukes, nuclear mines, artillery shells and even some missile warheads. In addition, documents captured in Afghanistan show al-Qaida had plans to assemble its own nuclear weapons with fissile material. It purchased on the black market.” (Farah, 11 July 2005). “The plans for the devastating nuclear attack on the U.S have been under development for more than a decade. It is designed as a final deadly blow of defeat to the U.S which is seen by al-Qaida and its allies as ‘The great Satan’. At least half the nuclear weapons in the al-Qaida arsenal were obtained for cash from the Chechen terrorist allies.” (Farah, 08 September 2005). “In addition to detonating its own nuclear weapons already planted in the U.S. Military sources also say there is evidence to suggest al-Qaida is paying former Russian special forces Spetzna to assist. The terrorist group in locating nuclear weapons formerly concealed inside the U.S by the Soviet union during the cold war. Osama bin Laden’s group is also paying nuclear scientists from Russia and Pakistan to maintain its existing nuclear arsenal and assemble additional weapons with the materials. It has invested hundreds of millions in procuring over a period of 10 year.” (Farah, 11 July 2005). “But the most disturbing news is that high level U.S officials now believe at least some of those weapons have been smuggled into the U.S for use in the near future in major” (Farah, 08 September 2005). Mr Williams informed President Bush one month after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks that at least two Suitcase nukes had reached al-Qaida operatives in the U.S. (The Veiled Chameleon. 12 July 2005). “Each Suitcase weighed between 50 and 80 Kilograms (approximately 110 to 176 Pounds) and contained enough fissionable Plutonium and Uranium to produce an explosive yield in excess of two Kilotons”, wrote Williams. “One Suitcase bore the Serial number 9999 and the Russian manufacturing date of 1998. The design of the weapons, Tenet told the President, is simple. The Plutonium and Uranium are kept in separate compartments that are linked to a triggering mechanism that can be activated by a clock or a call from the cell phone” (Farah, 11 July 2005).
