Differences in body size and weight contribute a lot when it comes to using certain equipment likewise to women and men, there is some equipment that can cause injury to women when they use it, unlike men. For example, according to HIS, lifting and carrying weights with the mixed-sex limit for a variety of equipment such as generators, transit cases may cause musculoskeletal injury, injury from falling objects and this can greatly slower mission. This makes women at greater risk of injuries especially musculoskeletal disability compared to men (Feuerstein et al).

Women and men should undergo the same training before embarking on a mission, this will make them tough and equally physically fit for the task ahead without complaining or lagging behind, preparing women in the same manner as men help them catch up to these tasks.
