Adversaries have taken the responsibility for attacks on local churches and schools. The target enemy’s weakness is the hostility they get from the local population. Our joint operational planning with the GOC provides a framework for the functional operations (Vego XG-123) and if it goes well, it has the potential of being successful and perceived in a good light by the local civilian population. The enemy has unconventional weapons and tactics. The enemy intelligence collection techniques are poor as they depend on informers from friendly governments and local informants and so, we can beat the enemy through sophisticated intelligence networks on their movements and their strategic installations and points (Vego 15). (3) Our situation courses of action Our combat force and power in terms of equipment and intelligence gives us some advantage over the target enemy, but caution must be taken against air strikes to avoid civilian causalities. Combat may include strikes from the sea but this is not feasible as Azerbaijan is landlocked and such action would require a lot of logistical support from neighboring countries in so doing, the rebels may see these neighboring countries as their enemies.

This has serious consequences in terms of regional peace and stability. COA 2. The main combat will be attacked by land to the enemy’s strategic installations and command centers. We will also use defense, especially where the civilian population is involved to avoid civilian casualties. We must accomplish the mission without undue damage to the command and operation.
