  • Hiring the services of a specialist who has branches both at the domestic and international level so that necessary arrangements can be made. This will also help to ensure that the designing is such that the promotional activities at both the level will be similar and will help to gain maximum leverage (Collins, 2010)
  • Arrange and have the necessary resources like manpower, skilled personnel, finance and other activities ready so that necessary arrangements and plan can be made through which the resources will be used correctly (Collins, 2010)
  • Segregating and creating different departments like marketing, finance, support services and others whose role will be to make arrangements for the necessary resources so that the plan can be effectively carried out (Collins, 2010)

2.2. The different departments will have to carry out the different roles and responsibilities so that a framework which helps to deliver superior services can be ensured. This will look at the following allocations

  • Marketing Department will decide on the different marketing strategies which will be implemented at the different phase keeping in mind the demand and perception of people
  • Finance Department will make arrangements for the necessary finance to support the different activities
  • Support Service Department will make arrangements for other things like tools, equipment and others which will facilitate in proper promotional activities
  • Human Resource Department will make arrangements for the manpower which will assist in superior performance delivery standards and will help to identify the different needs and requirements of the promotional plan.

2.3. The promotional mechanism will be aimed towards developing the brand image which would thereby focus on highlighting the manner in which the organization works. This will thereby focus on developing a relationship with different groups and people so that positive results are fetched from the activities and will be directed towards as

  • Organization where the role will be to engage in trade relationship for the long term financial viability (Kokemuller, 2013)
  • Distributors so that their established chain can be used to promote their business and ensure easy accessibility to the different markets (Kokemuller, N. 2013)
  • End-Users so that the different benefits of the product with regard to quality, durability, sustainability and other factors can be clearly identified
  • Government and other bodies so that proper adherence to the different rules and regulations becomes possible

2.4. The entire activity associated with promotion needs to be supervised and monitored from different angles so that timely changes can be made. This will require matching the actual performance with the desired standards and comparing them. In case deviations are found immediate steps will have to be incorporated so that overall development and different facets which will be aimed towards long-term productivity of the business can be enhanced. This has to be followed by the fact that monitoring has to be ensured even towards ensuring that the different departments carry out their roles and responsibilities and look towards maximizing the gains for the business. 

2.5. The promotional activities have to use the already developed business network which will look at addressing the different aspects and facets through which better promotion will be achieved. Using the services of a specialist who has branches both at the domestic and international level so that necessary arrangements can be made. This will also help to ensure that the designing is such that the promotional activities at both the level will be similar and will help to gain maximum leverage. This will thereby help to focus on areas and aspects through which business effectiveness is achieved and the overall style of working is improved.
