Conclusions: University and student relationship indicate the interplay of various attributes which can be categorised as external and internal to the learning environment. The study also reveals that students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factor plays a crucial role to determine their satisfaction level.Recommendations: From the research, positive insights have been gained from which it can be concluded that students’ experience at the University of Wolverhampton is great to have a confident future in society.

In this respect, the marketing research conducted by the Marketing & Recruitment Department will facilitate the University of Wolverhampton in having a better understanding of the insights and perceptions of the students.Quality has emerged as a major concern for the modern education system and has correspondingly, affected the teaching procedure in educational institutions. Considering the effects of competitive forces even on the educational sector today, the quality of education provided by the university becomes highly relevant to determine the sustenance of the institution in the present competitive job market.

Subsequently, with the changing environment, the needs of the students have been altering with respect to the mode and style of teaching, increasing the degree of challenges faced by the educational institutions in creating a positive impression on its pupils (Charles & et. al., 2007).In the present scenario, the education system is required to provide learning and teaching facilities in order to develop an effective relationship between teachers and students, aided with the improved class environment, which can be categorised on the basis of availability of better learning environment as well as the inclusion of extra-curricular activities.

In this regard, developing positive perceptions of students about the different learning facilities and services will be essential for the enhanced growth of university education. The research project herewith focuses on understanding the importance of different factors, associated with the education system of the University of Wolverhampton.
