Happy and Healthy Kids Limited is a catering company that engages in preparing food for school children aging between 8 to 11 years. The company operates in the form of an out-of-school club. It is a private limited company owned by four shareholders, who are also known as the directors. According to the business plan, the company would start its business in Chipstead Valley Primary School, Purley London. The company aims to provide catering and exercise-related services to children of Chipstead Valley Primary School, after their schooling hours (BBC, 2013).

The company through its commercial activities shows its extensive urge to improve the social capital in the business. This is because; the company prominently claims that its primary business intension is to improve the lifestyle and eating habits of small children in school, whose parents are mostly occupied in their professional lives. It is highly rational on behalf of the company to start up a business with such a noble thought. This is mainly because working parents in London remain highly worried about the way their children would spend their leisure time after school.

They often found their children eating unhealthy food after their schooling hours. The company aims to provide after-school clubbing facilities to children as well as special holiday schemes for children whose parents are generally busy in their professional lives (BBC, 2013). Exercise and eating services offered by the company would be set according to the Nutrition Scheme of Work framed by the government of London. Apart from food and workout services, the company would also have other types of recreation services for children after school.

These recreation activities would include various types of sports events, arts and crafts sessions and dance and gardening-related activities.
