It is a private limited company owned by four shareholders, who are also known as the directors. According to the business plan, the company would start its business in Chipstead Valley Primary School, Purley London. The company aims to provide catering and exercise-related services to children of Chipstead Valley Primary School, after their schooling hours (BBC, 2013).

The company through its commercial activities shows its extensive urge to improve the social capital in the business. This is because; the company prominently claims that its primary business intension is to improve the lifestyle and eating habits of small children in school, whose parents are mostly occupied in their professional lives. It is highly rational on behalf of the company to start up a business with such a noble thought.
