The paper “New Vision for the Products or Services an Organization Is Offering, Prognostic Product" is a  wonderful example of an essay on marketing. Once all the foundational requirements of the business have been laid in place, it becomes necessary to create integrated work-streams. Work-streams in business include governance, communications, data analytics, benchmarking, and transition management. For optimal results, these work-streams need to be integrated. The separate execution of these components does not result in the optimal functionality of a business. Improvements in the business may be aimed at the products and services on offer, the management, or both (Adams).  It is for this reason that prognostic analysis of products is essential. This paper examines the new vision for the products or services an organization is offering, in line with prognostic product analysis. It will also describe the new product objectives an organization should pursue.

Product diagnostic analysis is an activity that falls under organization efficiency. Organization efficiency is one of the work-streams that lead a business towards the continuous improvement of the organization. The other two are Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) (Akwetey 76). Product diagnostic analysis reveals that the initial cost reductions are necessary if the business is to improve its viability. It involves analysis of product and market, resources and organization, and distribution. There are two ways that cost reductions may be implemented in regards to the products or services a business offers its clients.

Google + has a vision of offering a service that will satisfy the customers, as well as improve business profits. While customer satisfaction is important, the organization still needs to realize profits. Google + helps Google users to recommend other internet users to different pages that are powered by Google. When a person clicks on the +1 button, the ratings for that page increases.  This increases the visibility of the page during website searches, thus the Google product increases in marketability. Such a move will create more funds for the company to input into the product, or service improvement.

For the business to attain customer satisfaction without compromising its profitability, there are certain product objectives that need to be pursued. Product objectives help in the creation of a detailed product design (Zilka 89). The recommendations made during the setting of product objectives influence the product at different levels; the product itself, it's packaging, and also it's branding.  The new product objectives are designed in line with data collected indicating opinions from the targeted market segment. The new product objectives that the organization should pursue include increasing customer base, and customer benefits.

For the business to increase customer benefits, the material costs have to be cut down. The product will have to be improved in design so as to come up with a multigenerational product. If the product can be accepted by different generations, then the company can make increased sales of the new product. The branding of the new product has to be in such a way that it appeals to the various generations in society.  Product use also needs to be improved, so that the product can compete in the market. The product will be more marketable if it comes with additional benefits or uses. Google + is a product that is attractive to internet users from different age groups. It works to the advantage of the client. Product design, packaging, and branding have to be future oriented. Achievement of the same will increase sales, and protect the existing business. Google + attracts traffic to a certain website, and this is desirable for users across the board. The age of the internet user is a limiting factor. It is appealing to both the young and old.
