Consumer Learning Food supplement now a day have become very popular. It provides sufficient nutrients to the consumers. This product mainly includesminerals, vitamins, protein, fibers etc. In the busy life people don’t get enough time to eat different varieties of nutritional food. Their lifestyle has changed their food habits which sometimes create a very negative effect on health of people. Moreover in the present time food contains many impurities. Consumption of such food creates different diseases. These are some main reason for introducing food supplements in the market. For launching a new food supplement product an advertisement is created to teach the customer about product usage. The advertisement also explains benefits and features of this product. Product description The ad is designed in such a way that shows details about the capsule. It contains different vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins which are essential for maintaining good health. Each of these capsules provides original nutritional value to the consumers. These capsules are packed within a small plastic container. In the label of the container essential details of related to the capsule and its manufacturing company will be mentioned. It is a daily food supplement consume for having healthy and strong physical. This food supplement capsule has a balanced combination of 20 essential minerals, 15 vitamins which keeps a person mentally alert and physically active. It contain different anti oxidant like zinc, biotion and selenium which improves health and skin. It also has calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. The capsule includes carbonyl iron within its ingredients. Target customer The advertisement of this capsule has to be designed in such a way that it clearly depicts its targeted customers. This new product is mainly launched for both male and female above 18 years. It can be consumed without doctor’s prescription. The price of this capsule is slightly high. So it is mainly targeted to the customers of middle class and upper class people who are educate and understand the value of this type of products (Applegate, 2005). It is also targeted to the persons who are suffering from weakness, vitamin and mineral deficiency and other nutritional deficiencies. The ad of this capsule shows that its potential customers can be those persons who don’t get time to eat healthy food or can’t maintain proper diet chart. They can easily have this capsule for getting high nutritional value and saving lot of time. Message Advertisement of this food supplement capsule has to be developed and designed by focusing on its message. The main message of this product is providing high value nutrients to the people. It will spread the message that health is wealth. Therefore taking proper care of health is very much important for all people. But now a day for busy schedule and lifestyle people is not able to take care of their health properly which results in sickness. To meet the nutritional value this product is recommended through this advertisement. The message of this capsule also includes that essential vitamins and minerals are necessary for people which is provided by the capsule (White, 2013). Benefits The advertisement of capsule has to show different benefits of this product so that people feels interested to purchase it. Popularity and usage of food supplement capsules are increasing day by day. Therefore there is a strong competition among different types of capsules producing companies. Advertisements of this capsule have to be designed in such a way that it highlights the functions of capsule (Webb, 2011). The main benefit of capsule it strengthen mind and body of the consumers. Reduce physical weakness. It helps to increase concentration level. Another major benefit of capsule that it helps to reduces iron deficiency of the body. All this benefits have to be mentioned in the advertisement very unique way so that it can attack maximum customers. Customer response after viewing ad The advertisement of this capsule will be more interesting and attracting if any celebrity gets involved into it. So it has been planned that a well known and fit celebrity figure will be shown in the advertisement. After observing this type of ad it is expected that the targeted customers will get influenced by that celebrity and his fit body which is shown as a result of consumption of these capsules. Customers will understand about their physical needs for having proper healthy diet. After seeing this advertisement they will have an idea about the nutritional requirement essential for overcoming their weakness and become strengthen. As a result they can purchase this capsule. Another response of the customers can be they will get to know more about the function of essential vitamins and minerals. Those minerals and vitamins are present in this product. Therefore it is expected that this advertisement will help to increase the sale of this food supplement capsule. As a result this will going to Increase Company’s revenue and customer base. Reinforcement for a customer after purchase It is planned that the company will take feedback from the customers after product purchase. The advertisement will focus on different needs and requirement of a person and the results after consumption of this capsule. The consumers after having this capsule will get its result within a short span of time. So they will be able to relate themselves with the things shown in advertisements. If the customers are benefited from capsule they will resemble things which will be shown in advertisements. Consumers who do not get benefited from the product will not be able to match the things shown in advertisements. It will not fulfill their expectation related to product which will reduce the sale of capsule. Value adding The company can add value of its product by enhancing its product quality. It can provide necessary service to its customers by giving them free consultancy services. The company can hire good dietitian for helping its targeted customers. It will help them to understand the need of food supplement and their requirements.
