Skyweb technology proposed product development Introduction, Skyweb is an information and technology equipmentmanufacturing firm that has a number of products in the market. They deal in the manufacturing and assembly of servers and routers for cloud computing. The company has come to realise that one of their product lines are defective and freezes during system overload and therefore is thinking of phasing out the defective product and serving their customers with a new product with enhanced capabilities after conducting an Ansoff matrix analysis.

The BCG and the SWOT analysis all point at a lot odd for the current product in the market therefore anew product would be suffice (McAdam, &, Leonard, 2004). Possible strategies to implementNew productBased on the new product proposal; they have a number of concerns that requires careful planning. Some of the main concerns they have is limited time, damaged reputation, budget constraint, legal conditions, and finally the company do0e not have enough workforce to help them implement any of the projected plan.

However, they have enough labour force to manufacture and assemble the required part.
