The approach that I can advocate to implement the training course is the one that employee-centered. This approach positions the trainer as the guide and the main role of the trainer is to provide resources. When learning is centered towards the trainee, the impact is enormous since the trainee will be self-motivated and the learning outcomes are likely to be achieved effectively. This method is also effective since it is participatory and the employee’s experiences are shared. There is also no pressure conferred to the employees, the employees are given liberty to learn at their own pace. The main aspect that to be included is to make sure that there is a follow-up support to the participants to assess the learning outcomes.
