From this perspective, the success of an event depends highly on how the members of the event team perform their responsibilities and duties in pursuit of the goals and targets of the event. Management of the event requires numerous people on full-time and part-time concepts, thus, the platform to facilitate effective and efficient management of the human resources. The objective of the event is to facilitate the development of the 30 stalls for the 30 individuals to operate as the stallholders during the event. In the first instance, the event management will focus on hiring the event contractor on a full-time basis. The event contractor will have the obligation to liaise with the event management committee to ensure the completion of the 30 stalls, as well as valuable equipment to enable their effective operations. Similarly, the contractor will provide the platform for the planning and execution of the plans to address the demands and expectations of the event. Furthermore, the contractor will have the ability to hire part-time workers or constructors to engage in the construction of the stalls for the 30 potential targets for the effectiveness and efficiency of the project. Evidently, the contractor will evaluate the volume of the construction to determine the amount or number of workers to facilitate completion for the project or event to succeed. The event will also call on the assistance or support of the volunteers to enable completion of the project. Since our event is a non-profit project, the project will call upon the volunteers to facilitate completion of the stalls for the 30 potential targets as the stallholders. The volunteers will work closely with the management committee (our team) to facilitate construction of the stalls, as well as their equipment to enable to holders to execute the goals and targets at the end of the project. The approach will be vital in the execution of the goals and targets of the project, thus, efficiency in the execution of the mission and vision of the event. Environmental Sustainability Plan In the modern context, global warming is one of the critical issues because of the implications in the decision-making, as well as practices among the business entities and individuals in pursuit of satisfying their needs and demands. In this case, our event must consider adoption and implementation of an effective environmental plan with the objective of reducing the environmental impact of the event. In the first instance, our event will consider exploration of the potential implication of the event on the environment. Exploration of the potential environmental impact did provide the platform for the execution of this plan in the course of addressing such influences or effects on the environment in pursuit of sustainability. The first plan for the event would be the utilization of the dustbins for each stall to facilitate the effective and efficient collection of the wastes from the stalls. The approach will be valuable in the realization of diverse benefits. In the first instance, the approach will enable increased efficiency and effectiveness in the management of waste during the event. Secondly, the there approach will enhance ease of the waste management through a collection of the litters into the bins by the stallholders, thus, the platform for the protection and conservation of the environment. The approach will be ideal for improving the appearance of the environment during the event. In the second instance, the environmental plan will consider utilizations of solar panels from the volunteering entities and firms to facilitate the achievement of the goals and expectations of the event. From this perspective, the event management committee will consider pitching the concept to diverse entities and corporations to ensure that the event succeeds through utilization of the solar panels. The approach will ensure conservation of the energy, thus, utilization of environmental friendly approach in the powering of the stalls for the execution of the goals and expectations of the stallholders. The environmental approach will aid the conservation of the environment while conceptualizing the environmental image of our event in pursuit of sustainability. The image of the event will aim at conserving the environment through utilization of bins for the collection of the litter during the occasion, as well as exploitation of the solar panels for the generation of energy to power the stalls, thus, the platform for the maximization of the output of the stalls while reducing the costs of operation. Event Outcomes vs. Event Management Practices The objective of the event is to come up with 30 stalls for the 30 potential stallholders, thus, the platform for the generation of substantive profits or financial resources. The event is non-profit initiative. In this context, the event will consider donating the output to the aforementioned institution for constructive developments. In the course of achieving this goal, the event will aim at incorporating diverse practices such as effective and efficient management practices for the realization of the goals and targets. Evaluation of the output will depend on the ability and potentiality of the event to achieve the stated goals and targets concerning the generation of financial output for the project.
