SЕ STUDY СITY МЕDIСАL СЕNTRЕ (IТ) By Author The purpose The main purpose of the project is design a new computerized system. The current system includes: Patient record system, the patient and insurance billing system as well as the appointment scheduling system. All three systems have significant interaction among their business processes, so connecting them is a good way to increase the functionality of the system. The clinic’s staffs want to get some software to automate the process of mail sending as well as get software that can produce the postcards and mailing labels for the mails. Australian Medical Association is providing the codes for the clinic’s procedures. So, the new system should have the ability to get the codes, create the procedures’ code list and update already existing list. Another purpose of the system is help to collect data for creation of daily and weekly reports as well as help the accountant to collect the necessary information and create the status summary. Also, the system must have ability to process the electronic billings etc. The main goal is design a new computerized system that will join all of the systems to increase the functionality of the system. Stakeholders All the person involve in the system, either they are out of the organization either they are from the organization[Sta].
