As stated above, the objective of this school is actually to provide quality education and the measure is to make sure that every student is getting the right education and is performing well in order to generate well-oriented outcomes. The objective of the Australian government is also to make sure that all the workings are done in a proper manner and to make sure that all the objectives are being fulfilled properly. This is the way by which it is linked with the objective of the Australian government. (Stiefel, pg 210, 2005) 3. what level of performance is expected against that measure The level of performance should be designed in such a way with the help of which proper measures can be taken in order to have the better and better outcomes. The level of performance should be up to the mark in order to generate better outcomes and to make sure that quality education is given to every single student. Better and enhanced levels of performances are expected from these all above stated measures. Every single step should be measure and every single step should be taken into account in order to measure the performance of the school because with the help of this, the performance can be checked and in the end, better and better outcomes can be generated. (Stiefel, pg 210, 2005) 4. formula used to estimate or calculate the measure The formula, which is used to estimate or calculate the measure, is divided in different parts. All the levels should be checked for instance, grammar part, vocabulary, reading and writing and then in the end an aggregate should be taken in order to know what the maximum output of the students is in every year. By this, the level of performance can be checked easily and no mistakes will be made further. 5. where the Australian government collects the needed information from The Australian government collects all the needed information from various schools and from various institutions. The information can be easily gathered in order to analyze the working of every single school or institution. All the related information can be easily collected and all the past records can be easily collected with the help of which further actions can be taken. (Stiefel, pg 210, 2005) ONE MEASURE OF PERFORMANCE THAT THE SCHOOL VIEWS AS IMPORTANT IN MONITORING ITS PERFORMANCE One of the important measures of performance, which this school views as an important in order to monitor its performance, is to know every single aspect of the school. The working, teaching methods, behavior of teachers, objective and in the end analyzing the fact that whether the objective is being fulfilled, are all the main aims or objectives which should be analyzed and should be taken into consideration in order to measure the performance of school. Measuring performance is an important element, which plays an important role in order to know how to work and how to further evaluate the performance in order to generate better and better outcomes. The performance should be therefore measured in an appropriate manner in order to generate better and better outcomes. (poister, pg 289, 2003) WHERE DO YOU THINK THAT THIS MEASURE OR SET OF MEASURES FITS IN THE PLAN, DO STUDY, ACT (PDSA) CYCLE? All these above stated measures are important and they do set in the plan of PDSA cycle. In this cycle, these all measures are very much important and the main aim of the government should consider this fact in order to know how the working of the school is and what will be its future outcomes. (Coleman, pg 130, 1972) DO YOU THINK THAT THE MEASURES USED BY THE SCHOOL AND THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT HELP THE SCHOOL IN ACHIEVING ITS OBJECTIVES? Yes, all the measures, which are used by the school and by the Australian government, do help the school in achieving its objectives. These measures are very much important and all these measures should be considered as an important measure in order to fulfill all the objectives of the school. With the help of this method, the working of the school can be increased and in the end, better and better outcomes will be generated. If work is done in an appropriate manner and with full co-operation then these measures can also help a lot in order to fulfill all the objectives of the school. (Gann, pg 117, 1999) DO YOU THINK THE MEASURES OF PERFORMNACE HELP STAKEHOLDERS IN THAT SCHOOL UNDERSTAND HOW WELL THE SCHOOL PERFORMS IN TERMED OF THE SCHOOL EFFICIENCY EFFECTIVENESS OR BOTH? Yes, the measures of performance do help the stakeholders in order to understand how well the school performs in terms of the school efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholders are the one who really knows and are always willing to know the working of any institutions. With the help of all these measures, the stakeholders will also come to know and in the end, better and better outcomes will be generated. Stakeholders are termed as an important factor for any institution or firm who can increase the level of productivity and cal also increase the level of work. Therefore, if performance is measured properly then the stakeholders will also know how well the school is working or performing and in what ways and direction the school if performing in order to generate well effective outcomes. (Koretz, pg 353, 2008) CONCLUSION Measuring school's performance is an important task and it should be done in an appropriate manner in order to generate better and well-oriented outcomes. While measuring the performance of the school, one thing should be kept in mind that all the objectives are clearly defined and all of them are properly managed in order to generate well-oriented and effective outcomes. The performance of the school can be measured by viewing all the facts and figures of the school, along with this it can also be compared with the past record of the school and then in the end working should be done and further steps should be taken in order to generate much better and better outcomes. (Tolhurst, pg 248, 2006) Measuring performance is no doubt a difficult task and it should be handled with care and should be handled with different and innovative strategies and techniques in order to measure all the performances and also to generate well oriented outcomes. This procedure of measuring performance is an important task and with the help of this further actions are also taken with the help of which better and better outcomes can be generated. If the performance is measured in an appropriate manner, then the outcomes will also be in positive direction, while on the other hand, if the performance is not measured properly then the institution will face a lot of problems and difficulties. Therefore, measuring performance is an important element and it should never be ignored. Measuring performance is also termed as an important area because it is the main area with the help of which further work can be done in an appropriate manner and no further mistakes will be made. In short, it can be said that with the help of this method no further difficulties will arise in any institution or school and the outcomes will be always in a positive direction.
