Therefore, this research paper will explore how burn out workers can be re-motivated in the corporate world using Northern Rock as a case study. Besides the financial crisis that was witnessed across Europe in the year 2008, Northern Rock (Asset Management) and private ownership has experienced many challenges in terms of hiring and maintaining their workforce morale high (HM Treasury,2012).
