1.1 Background
The system recorded report is a very important part of the performance of a program, the reason of which is to pass information the project and system communication to all the willing parties, from donors, operators, creators/professionals and all through to the leaders of the cooperation where the new system will be used. Although there are similarities between the project recording and the information system recording, it is important to differentiate between them, even if in the beginning it was part of the just removed system. In the information system recording as well, one can refer to the two classification criteria, namely the stages performed for its developing and the categories of persons that request or that has to receive information on the development stage.
Project at ABC employs around 4100 people and provides the leading best technologies for distributed computing and consulting services to its leaders in addition it is in charge of the creation and supports of the inside related systems that work together according to everyday progresses. Because of the wide developments in the world today there has been need for organizations to develop up to date systems which make them easier to deal with the masses of clients and customers who visit them each day it was for this same reason that ABC decided to come up with the Staff Self-service system which would provide capability for all its staff to maintain their own details regarding their identity ,contacts and keep track of their savings with the superannuation and the unions in the corporation.

The above represents the decomposition diagram which in system designs is used to represent the flow of event and show how the program will work to the clients in order for them to identify if the system is effective in terms of meeting their need before the programmers are assigned the task to continue with them in this system it is divide into three subsystems which included the employee report system; where the new employee would login and he/she puts in her details like new profile, employee profile change in case they want to change their profile and add new things, submit employee status change where if there were any changes done in the corporation regarding to staff would be saved and updated, employees telephone listing where the employee would leave their contacts and incase of the administration going through papers or a lot of task when they want the person they just go to the system and get all the details they need. The second subsystem is the staffing record report here the record of work and performance is recorded to know if the company is progressing or lagging behind the recording was monitored in weeks months and years the third subsystem is the superannuation report in this it starts where the worker/employee pays/submits superannuation money, this involves the worker paying some of the salary to the fund which later comes to help them, submitting union money which they keep as an investment for the future. It involves requesting union participation, submit and request union contribution reports. In the Current system of the corporation there is a lot of manual work which involves Human Resource managers filling out forms and giving out of data and receive results after a long time leading in time wastage since it takes some days between the time the employee gives out the forms and the time it will be updated on the site. The delays brought about by this system included: employees not being unable to fast trace other workers, company parcels and mails were sent to a different addressed, payments through cheques were unable to be delivered. This will all be solved by the new system.

Superannuation Sub System:
In this subsystem the employee shows how he gets to communicate the order and submit his/her information to the system. Time is mostly the main actor, most of the staff members make sure they contribute some of their money to this fund and immediately it is saved in the database. This sub system keeps the record of the payments and generates an activity for payroll; it also provides the participants with a participation and contribution reports and generates them when requested to do so.

So the people saw the need and pledged.
To work with an organization like this is a privilege and this program is invited to the system administrators it helps people monitor their progress at work place at the same time enjoying their right to privacy. Last but not least, this software is simple and intuitive to use, and it user-friendly as well.
