The main weakness is that leaders come from specific people. In some cases, parents may have children without leadership qualities (Browning, 2013). The strategy used to encounter this weakness is through the council of elders. The council of elders after noting this problem will call for a secret meeting. Culture is shaped by the ecology and history of the group of people involved. The things around the people and the activities they involve in define their culture and also the history of the people, how their tradition was. For instance, the Chinese culture has been influenced by history as well as their ecological area. Their cuisine is influenced by ethnic and geographic diversity. Throughout the history of the Chinese, there are only five recognized religions which include Islam, Protestantism Buddhism, Taoism, and Catholicism.

Even though there is freedom of worship they are the known religion traditionally (Barmé, 2000). The spring festival is Chinese’s largest festival that begins each year.it has also been practiced in the Chinese tradition.
