The major strategy of the company is to focus on the quality, reliability and delivery process in the context of providing the best services to the customers. The company is identified to take into concern varied operations as well as process management and lean systems for ensuring long-term sustainability in future. In order to fulfil this objective, the managers of the company focused on fulfilling the demands of the customers and also improving the business processes.

Rolls-Royce Limited is regarded as one of the biggest car and aero-engine manufacturing companies throughout the globe. The company mainly deals with manufacturing cars and also providing power solutions to the customers in the form of land, air and sea among others. The owners and managers of the company mainly focus on formulating the best power solution systems through which they can provide better services to the customers. The founders of the company are Henry Royce and Charles Stewart Rolls who established the company in the year 1906.

At the initial stage, the founders of the owners of the company mainly produced English cars, but later they improvised their business and got involved in producing aircraft (Rolls Royce, 2015). For ensuring the deliverance of better services to the users, the company invested a huge figure of money for developing the engines and conducting research about observing what sort of aircraft manufacturing is needed to consider prior to using such engines.
