The paper "Culture, Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate by Yeong and Ngee" is a worthy example of an article on management. Culture, organizational culture, and organizational climate are a journal outlined by Jhony Choon Yeong Ng and Keith Young Ngee Ng, 2240-0310. An article is an interrogative approach to both organizational culture research as well as organizational climate research. The article has clearly defined what organizational culture research is, what culture is and the different types of culture in any setting, whether business or community setting. Similarly, the article has explained the meaning of culture, organization climate and organization culture research and what influences them in any setting. The importance of writing on these three terms is to give the difference between them and their similarities. Notably, the article helps individuals to know and understand their working environment in a better and comprehensive manner (Yeong & Ngee 2014). The authors have used works of different scholars in order to explain the difference and similarities of the three terms and the way they merge in any business or societal setting. Additionally, the article has clearly outlined the roots of organizational research in culture research and the possibilities of conducting a research that is focused on culture. Also, it has looked into organizational culture and organizational climate and their roots as well as the possibility of conducting research on both.

From the authors, culture has been defined as a set of shared beliefs or norms that are learned and shared by a group of individuals, which in short is a way of life of a people.  Organizational is defined as a culture formed by a group of people interacting within the same organization while organization climate is defined as the perception of both formal and informal organizational procedures and practices (Yeong & Ngee 2014). Notably, the authors have indicated that there is no definite definition of organizational climate. This because different scholars have been coming up with different definitions and have not agreed on one of them. From the article, the authors have given similarity of the three terms and the way they merge as follows; they write that when employees join any company, they bring with them their native cultures which then interact with the cultures of other employees they meet. The result is that that interaction will influence the overall organizational culture. In addition, an employee’s culture is inferred from the organizational climate since the organization climate is the result of employee interactions in the organization and employee experiences (Yeong & Ngee 2014). Therefore, organizational climate research being research focusing on the employees' organizational climate, it is possible to gather data on organizational culture variable, culture variables as well as organizational climate variables all at the same time and making it possible for research to be conducted.

In conclusion, the authors of the article have enabled us to understand the difference between culture, organizational culture research, and organizational climate research. This has been made possible by the definitions given and their relations in organizational or business setting. Also, the authors have explained well on the characteristic of each of the terms hence making it possible for anyone to understand what they are communicating. Similarly, they have given a clear difference in the terms which makes it impossible for learners not to understand the topic. The article is valuable in that it gives the reader an understanding of what organizational culture is and the differences between organizational culture and organizational climate and the way the three terms merge in an organizational setting. This article should be preserved for future use by scholars of management or anyone with a problem in differentiating the three terms in any organization setting.
