Chapter 3 describes the importance of the development of TRM in aviation, focusing on the training as well as the devices of TRM, TRM, and CAR OPS 2, threat and error management as well as TRM effectiveness evaluation. Chapter 4 provides information on opportunities and advantages of the development of TRM within the aviation industry. It also focuses on the advantages and the core elements of TRM, the S.M model as well as the SHELL model. The study analyses the elements of the TRM concepts in aviation management.
